ERASMUS+ KA220: R(AE)L INCLUSION – Training educators for working with adults with learning and behavioural difficulties and disabilities

DIP – Society for Research and Support is the coordinator of the project “R(AE)L INCLUSION – training of educators for adult education, to work with adults with learning and behavioral difficulties and other combined difficulties.
The project, in the largest amount of 250,000 euros, was approved under the ERASMUS+ program, KA220– Agreement Number: 2022-1-HR01-KA220-ADU-000085871: coordination partnerships for adult education.

Duration of the project: from October 1st, 2022 through September 30th, 2024

The main goals of the project are:

  1. Equalize learning and education opportunities for adults with learning and behavioral difficulties.
  2. Provide support and training to educators of adults with learning and behavioral difficulties – a response to the needs of adults with difficulties.
  3. Increase the capacity of adult educators, who train adults with disabilities, in order to adapt the teaching process to their needs.
  4. Encourage the creation of an inclusive environment within the adult education system.

The main target groups of the project are:

– adults between the ages of 25 and 65 with difficulties, who have one or more of the following difficulties: ADHD, from the autism spectrum, intellectual disabilities, learning difficulties (dyslexia, dysgraphia), combined difficulties, adults with learning difficulties and behavioral difficulties

– educators / teachers who work in educational institutions for adult education – important actors in the teaching process, have the role of facilitators, communicators, advisors in working with different groups of students, who should know the techniques and methods that ensure the inclusion of every student, including adults with difficulties.

Meetings are held regularly several times a month, and live meetings are held according to schedule:
