Preparations are underway for the Third Kvarner Colony of Authors’ Comics and Illustrations. This year we are preparing:

1. Working meeting of authors at the DIP; the colony will last from Thursday to Sunday – creating new works in a group of authors brings new works of art and a new artistic expression.
