R(AE)L INCLUSION: Training Programme for Adults’ Educators 2022-1-HR01-KA220-ADU-000085871

In the last couple of months, the project partners have had quality discussions in regards to the Training programme, learning content topics (30 hours f2f learning content + 20 hours online learning content topics).

Educators who work with persons with learning difficulties and/or disabilities come form different cultural landscapes and have different needs. They are dealing with different challenges that stem from numerous factors:

– the field they work in (subject of teaching) as educators

– different experiences they have had working with persons with learning difficulties and/or disabilities

– the legislative framework, protocols, practices or regulations in their country, that they must observe.

That is why we require more time to achieve mutual agreement, trying to meet all the needs and bridge the differences between countries. It is of great importance that the partners have the same “frame of reference“ about the meaning of concepts they regularly use in their countries.

Now that this has been achieved to a large extent, we are working on programme outcomes. This is a challenging area as well, as it also has to be done bearing in mind that there are different practices in partners’ countries.
