OBJECTIVE: to inform employers about their rights and possibilities when employing PWDs; sensitize and promote inclusion of PWDs in the labor market.
PARTICIPATING: experts from the Center for Vocational Rehabilitation Rijeka, institutions and associations that encourage the employment of PWDs (DIP)
The Research and Support Society (DIP) will present to employers the possibilities of persons with disabilities, focusing on the group with and for which we work, and present information about their right to work and employment. We will present examples of skills acquired by persons with disabilities through work rehabilitation in our DIP, examples of specific jobs they can do, and clarify the conditions under which persons with disabilities can work and be employed.
