Week of May 8th -12th, 2023
We started the week by going to the Zeleni Kastav fair! We are happy to meet and socialize with new people.
We spent Tuesday drumming – with each new meeting, we see progress among our members.
We dedicated the middle of the week to a big birthday celebration – from our Monia, Karla, Alen and Petar.
On Thursday, we visited the Faculty of Philosophy in Rijeka on the occasion of its 25th anniversary. Our members, together with volunteers, informed people about our work, and visitors had the opportunity to “adopt” our handicrafts.
We ended the week with our Zoom tea party.
Week of May 15th -19th, 2023
Monday was reserved for the sewing activity, where we prepared the bags and arms needed for Wednesday!
On Tuesday, after a long break, we started again with our modeling activities.
– we started making wooden bread baskets
– our members handled the model saw so well, as if we hadn’t even stopped our activities.
On the occasion of the Croatia Volunteers event, we organized a sewing activity in the area of our association – we sewed our own bags and octopuses filled with lavender. We had special guests – dm employees decided to join our activities again. We look forward to further cooperation!
Thursday, as always, was reserved for a musical drumming activity! This time, we “played” a little with the rhythm and tried new combinations.
We dedicated Friday to our Zoom tea party, where our new member, Toni, joined us for the first time.
