Villa Antonio is located in the very centre of Opatija. It has a large conference hall of 115 m², as well as two smaller classrooms intended for workshops and meetings, one of which is 39.2 m² and the other 27.5 m². There is also a computer room within the villa.

About Us

The Association of Private Accommodation Providers of the City of Opatija primarily brings together accommodation providers from Opatija and the surrounding area who rent out rooms or apartments to tourists as a secondary activity. It has been active since 2010 and currently has 21 active members. The purpose of the association is to organise training for its members according to their needs, professional study trips, and other activities that enhance their work.

Accessibility of the premises where we are located:

The premises are not accessible to individuals with mobility impairments or those using wheelchairs. There are no parking spaces for people with disabilities on the access routes.

The members of the association, who are private accommodation providers, are responsible for ensuring the accessibility of their tourist facilities. For further information, please contact the hosts directly.

We hope that, in the future, more of our members will make their services more accessible to people with disabilities.

The statement we signed refers to our ongoing efforts to promote changes among our members, aimed at ensuring accessible facilities and providing accessible tourism services. Some of our members have participated in training to work with guests with disabilities during the Tourism for Me project.
